Marion jeep service dept is 5+ stars. Brandon was great keeping me posted about myJjeep. Boone wanted to charge me $2000 just to diagnose the issue. Marion fixed it for a quarter of the price. It is worth the drive from Banner Elk to take my Jeep here. Hope I don't have to come back, but if I do, they have my business!!

Very pleased with the experience. There were a few hiccups but the staff bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with the purchase and customer service.
I found a ram 1500 on the website and went to look at it , I pulled up and Cali met me in the parking lot and made the entire process easy as buying a car can be .. I’ll definitely continue to do business here and send people to them .

Ryan Murdock was our salesman and Ryan Benche was our finance manager. Both worked very hard to help us get what we wanted and needed and they worked together to streamline the whole process. We couldn’t be happier.

RJ was very helpful with my purchase, he’s very personable. He worked with me via phone text since I was coming from two hours away. I thought I had the better deal figured out by he advised me and found me a better one on my 2025 Laramie. Regarding his customer service, he came in on his day off to finish up the paperwork with me. I made a last minute change to pick up the truck early because of my schedule. Only word to describe everything was smooth, never contentious, hostile, or passive aggressive like other dealerships/salespeople.

I had a wonderful experience at CDJR Marion. Caly Ramirez is by far the best car sales person I have dealt with. She made sure I could drive away with what I wanted and was very patient throughout the whole process! This is the second good experience I’ve had with this dealership and would definitely recommend! RJ was also very helpful with helping me install my son’s car seat into my new car. All in all a good experience after a long day of car shopping that was not going my way.

Had a pretty good experience overall but you best know the true value of the vehicle you want as well as the interest rate you deserve going in. I was also a little disappointed that I didn't get the full tank of gas I was supposed to get. I'd probably buy there again.
